We also accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card, a debit card or a bank account. If you would like to pay for an order using PayPal, simply choose "PayPal" as your payment option during checkout and our system will walk you through the process.
Shipping and Handling Information
Most Items will ship within 0-3 business days depending on availability. If you have a question regarding delivery, please call us toll free at 1-888-333-6078.
We offer 4 shipping methods which can be chosen at checkout. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must call for a shipping quote at 1-888-333-6078.
Due to the expensive nature of our shipments, packages require signature. If you are unable to sign for the package please contact us to make alternative arrangements
Within the contiguous United States
- Standard - delivery in 5-7 business days - $6.95
- Second Day – delivery in 2 business days - $14.95
- Overnight - delivery next business day - $19.95
- Saturday Delivery - $38.95 (Not available in all areas)
International (Canadian) Orders
- Standard - delivery in 5-7 business days - $12.95
- Express – delivery in 3-5 business days - $29.95
- Overnight - delivery next business day - $38.95
Please note: Customer is responsible for paying all import duties and tariffs.
We do not ship orders to international destinations other than Canada.
Sales Tax
If your shipping address is outside the state of Minnesota, your items ship without tax. If your shipping address is located within Minnesota we are required to charge 7.275% sales tax.

Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER before returning. We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. Janelrussell.com will pay to ship authorized replacements via standard ground service only.
If you need to return or exchange an item due to defects or damage please follow the instructions below:
- Was the shipping container damaged? If so, you will need to keep the original shipping container for a possible claim to be made with the shipper.
- Call 1-888-333-6078 and ask to speak to the returns department
- Place the RA # given (return authorization number) on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department in our offices. PLEASE NOTE: Any package arriving with out a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
- Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly, as janelrussell.com is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.
- You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as janelrussell.com cannot be responsible to merchandise lost in transit.
